Trying to find a new way?? Doomaker (and especially The Mystery of Time) were great pieces...what would make you abandon that style instead of fleshing it out more???

I think this one is a bit of a step backwards, while the composition is nice, the figure just doesn't stand out to me. I think it's the simplicity and lack of the details that made your other pieces so great that is throwing me off...

Avaiz is right, the belly button is too long...unless it could be looked as a battle mark where it got teared...or a piercing which was taken out by force...

i find the concept and the colors great.. but in my opinion the sharp border disturbs a little bit.. it would be better if it framed the hole picture.. i hope, you understand, what i mean.. otherwise +6

aside from agreeing with the previous crits... I love it,, the background and magic/light looks incredible..and this style is unique..if a step backwords..which I can't say as I haven't looked at all your peices yet
